Position Overview

The Guest Communications Representative position is a dynamic, process/detail-oriented position within the Guest Communications Department. Guest Communications Representatives are responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing communication in accordance to company policy and procedure.

Responsibilities:

  • · Respond to all incoming guest communication within 15 minutes.
  • · Ensure all outgoing communication is consistent with company culture/policy/procedure.
  • · Approve/deny incoming reservation requests in accordance with company policy/procedure.
  • · Providing a first line of trouble shooting for current guests.
  • · Dispatching incoming communication to relevant parties (ground teams and/or back end support teams).
  • · Help out with guest communication related administrative tasks as needed.

Requisites

  • · Native English speaker
  • · First-hand understanding of vacation rentals/short-term rentals
  • · Critical thinker
  • · Proactive learner
  • · Professional phone presence
  • · Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • · Very comfortable with technology (feels intuitive, not intimidating).
  • · Has access to a reliable internet connection
