Design and development of strategies for Ecuador oriented to reduce or minimize access barriers to oncology medicines that are present from the prescription to the continuity of the therapy for patients; growing our market share in order to ensure business profitability in the short, median and long term. To build an execute strategies to meet sales goals for Ecuador; driving sales performance, and profitability; to develop deep understanding of consumers, customers (SS & MOH) and the healthcare market and apply insights to create new business opportunities; to lead the execution of current product strategies, new product launches, new business development and change initiatives within the Country; to lead, motivate and develop the commercial area in Ecuador y Peru. Access people and teams; to develop commercial plans for KAMs in order to growth our portfolio and enhance our profitability.

Minimum requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or similar. Post graduate degree in HEOR or economics highly desirable Spanish fluent. English Fluent At least 5 years in similar positions, managing sales and/or access teams and institutional market for Ecuador and/or Peru
