Webcreek is looking for Sales Director at Quito office

Description of the position:

The Sales Director of WebCreek Ecuador sets and achieves high performance standards for the sales department by:

  • Obtaining the highest potential profitability for the company with optimized sales strategies and performance
  • Managing and coordinating the sales department across the company’s international offices
  • Planning and implementing strategies, campaigns and promotions

The Sales Director reports to the CEO. He or she oversees the following duties as designated by functional area.

Sales

  • Accomplishes sales objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching sales personnel
  • Ensures that sales objectives are achieved by sales team * Ensures the planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing of sales proposals in the US and Latin America, and other potential ventures in Europe
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new software products
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Meets with the Marketing Director on a monthly basis to assess company performance against KPI’s
  • Ensures the CRM is being used effectively and provides a competitive market advantage
  • Implements best practice in sales techniques throughout the department
  • Manages and builds business models to deliver accurate measurements of marketing and sales performance throughout the organization

Client Relationships

  • Identifies marketing and sales opportunities by examining consumer behaviour
  • Manages and builds long-term relationships with clients by canvassing customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction using platforms such as Linkedin

Would be a plus having experience in sales for IT companies
